15. Secure the ignition module to the fi rewall. Route the leads from the
module as necessary. A servo extension will be required to reach the
ignition battery switch.
Gas Engine Only
16. Install the spark plug and connect the ignition module. Attach the
muffl er to the engine.
 The muffler shown is a prototype muffler. Production
models may vary in design and color. Different muffler
shapes and exhaust exit locations may also be used
dependent on engine choice and muffler availability.
Gas Engine Only
17. Fit the cowl to the fuselage. Use a hobby knife with a #11 blade and
hobby scissors to trim the cowling to fi t over the muffl er and spark
plug cap. Use a rotary tool and sanding drum to smooth the cuts
once the cowl has been trimmed.
18. Use a hobby knife with a #11 blade, hobby scissors and a rotary tool
with a sanding drum to trim the dummy engine to fi t tightly against
the cowling. Use contact or silicone adhesive to glue the dummy
engine to the cowling.
 We recommend using screws in addition to adhesives
when using the larger 62GX engine.
19. Slide the cowl back in position and secure it using four M3 x 10
button head screws and four M3 washers. Tighten the screws using
a 2mm hex wrench.
 Refer to checking the blind nuts on Page 6
before installing the screws.
 Place a drop of canopy glue on each screw before their
installation. This will keep them from vibrating loose yet
leave them easily removable if access is required.

20. Attach the propeller to the motor shaft using the hardware included
with the engine.
