SYMPTOMS
Ceiling hoist does not traverse the rails.
Ceiling hoist emits excessive noise when
activated.
Ceiling hoist will not charge
No indicator light on hoist
The emergency strap does not turn hoist off
The emergency strap does not lower the hoist. Hoist requires service.
If problems are not remedied by the suggested means, contact an Invacare representative.

PROBLEM
Rails require service or cleaning
Driving wheels worn or damaged (Robin
Mover™only)
Hand control is defective
Bearings, gearwheels or motor defective
System has no power
System does not have power or battery is
discharged.
Hoist requires service.
SOLUTION
Inspect the rail system
Adjust driving wheels.
Replace the hand control.
Replace the hoist.
Place the hand control in the charging station
and recharge the ceiling hoist
Check that the power supply is switched on and
connected to the charging station.
Check that the ceiling hoist has power supply
and that the battery is recharged.
Check that the power supply is switched on and
connected to the charging station.
Place the hand control in the charging station
and recharge the ceiling hoist.
Contact an Invacare representative for repair.
