3. Using a cloth, protect the solenoid plunger whilst clamping with
grips at the same time.
Using a 7 mm spanner raise the nut A by turning anti-clockwise
2 complete turns.
4. For testing, restrain the hoist with one hand whilst pressing the
Left or Right button on the hand control.
There should be good contact between the white drive wheel
and the underside of the track. If not, repeat step 3.
5. Reassemble the plastic shells. Ensure the correct orientation,
with clearance for the plate above the solenoid to move up and
down freely. See images in step 2.

CAUTION!
Static electricity can damage the PCBs inside the hoist.
Before working in the inside of the hoist:
– Pull the red emergency strap to turn off the hoist.
– Remove the hoist from the track system. (Refer to 3.2
Dismounting the ceiling hoist, page 9 )
– Remove the cover from the hoist. (Refer to 3.4
Removing the hoist cover, page 12)
– An anti-static mat must be used when working inside
the ceiling hoist.
