Please refer to the assembly instructions for
the NovoPort drive for further assembly steps
on the NovoPort drive.

Loosen the screw (56a) for adjusting the track
rollers (56) on the door hinges (48).

Hand operation and ceiling pull: Adjust all
track rollers (56) in a way that the door segment's dis-
tance to the sliding strip is approx. 1.5 – 2 mm (pull
rolls in direction of the arrow).

NovoPort drive: Adjust the track rollers (56)
as previously described. On the NovoPort side, in-
verse the running direction of the topmost track
roller (56) in order to pull the door leaf away from the
sliding edge.
Make sure that the track rollers can be turned easily
by hand.
4.4.6 Mounting the wall anchors

, page A11. Lift the door leaf and push it in its
end position. Secure the door leaf on both sides
against sinking.

Tighten the three screws (S11) on both tail
ends (16L/16R).
Fig.

Remove the R-pin (15) from the lower spring
suspension (5) and store it in an accessible place.
Unhook the slot of the spring assembly (11) on the
lower side of the spring suspension (5). Hook the ten-
sion spring to the side to obtain free access for fur-
ther assembly.
Prior to mounting the wall anchors (7), check the
width stop and the place for the plugs on the ma-
sonry.
Depending on the stop width and the mounting condi-
tion, mount the wall anchors (7) by means of the
screws (S6 + S12) as follows:
Fig.
d
, page A11. The width stop exceeds 120 mm.
Place the wall anchors (7) on the outside of the angle
frame.
Fig.
e
The width stop's range is between 45 mm and
120 mm. Place the wall anchors (7) on the inside of
the angle frame.
NOTICE
Functional impairment of the tension
spring!
Do not place the nut (S12) inwards on
no account. This will cause a functional
impairment of the tension spring!
NOTICE
Faulty anchoring due to insufficient
fastenings!
If other fastenings are used, make sure
that they have at least the same load-
bearing capacity as the wall anchors
supplied.
Fig.
f
On each side, insert the screw (S6) into the
lowest hole of the angle frame (1L/1R) and fasten it
with the screw nut (S12).

4.4.7 Mounting the plugs for the door frame
Fig.
a
Pre-drill the holes for the plugs (Ø=10 mm)
with a depth of at least 65 mm (approx.). For this pur-
pose, it is best to use a rock drill with a length of
200 mm.

frames (1L/1R) using a spirit level and fasten the two
angle frames (1L/1R) each with the screws (S8) and
the respective plugs (S9).
Fig.

For anchoring the frame to the ground, use
the screw (S8) in combination with the plug (S9) and
the washer (U1).
NOTICE
Malfunction due to twisted angle
frames (1R) and (1L)!
When tightening the angle frames,
make sure not to twist or warp them. If
required, shim the angle frames with
suitable material. Hooks to place under-
neath which are suited for this purpose
can be purchased from Novoferm.
4.4.8 Suspending the wire cables
Fig.
a
Remove the transport lock from the wire
cables (12) on both sides of the door frame (1L/1R).
Fig.
b
Guide the two single ends of the wire
cable (12) to the rope swing device on the lower rope
mounting (57L/57R) of the bottom section (44).
Thread the ends of the wire cables (12) into the rope
swing device one by one, making sure that the wire
cables (12) run parallel to each other.
Hazardous tensioned spring!
WARNING
After installation and after each adjust-
ment, the spring assembly must be se-
cured with the R-pin!
Fig.
c
, page A13. With a slight pre-tension, hook
the slot of the spring assembly (11) into the lower
spring suspension (5) and secure it with the R-
pin (15).
Fig.

To determine the optimum tension of the ten-
sion spring, open the door halfway. The door must be
able to maintain this position. You can adjust the
spring force by repositioning the lug of the spring ten-
sioning strap (12).
Fig.
e
In order to complete the assembly, carefully
insert the safety guard (39) on both sides of the rails.
Fig.

Check the frame and shutter seals for any de-
formation. Their original shape can be restored with a
hot air gun or similar.
These assembly, operation and maintenance instructions must be kept for the entire period of use!
