Pull the two angle rails (31 or 32) out of the
rail connector (6) and screw them to the garage wall
using the screws (S8) and the respective plugs (S9).
Only fasten the rail clip (29) lightly. It should still be
possible to shift the angle rails (31/32) in order to
align it diagonally afterwards.
Procedure (B) for wall mounting if internal width
of the garage exceeds width of basic dimension +
500 mm for a central installation of the door:
Fig.
c
In a first step, prepare two anchor rails, con-
sisting of a C-profile rail (27) and connection
angle (28), measure the required length and shorten
the C-profile rail accordingly. In doing so, note that
approx. 250 mm have to be added to the required
measurement for the attachment on the wall. This
space will later remain in the rail connector (6) and
provide for the required stability. In a next step,
mount the rail clip (29) on one end of the C-profile
rail (27). Then mount the connection angle (28) to the
other end. Use the screws (S6 + S12) for assembly
and ensure that the parts are still able to move freely
when screwing them on.
Fig.
d
Mount the left-hand corner connection
bracket (20L) on the left-hand side of the rail con-
nector (6) and the right-hand corner connection
bracket (20R) on the right-hand side. It is best to use
the upper hole for the screw connection. Exception:
The drive requires the lower hole for assembly. The
assembly of the right-hand corner connection
bracket (20R) is shown as an example.

Slide the pre-assembled anchor rails (27) into
the rail connector (6).
Fig.

Mount the rail connector (6) to the track
pairs (14L/14R) using the corner connection brack-
ets (20L/20R). Use two screws (S17) each.

Pull the two anchor rails out of the rail con-
nector (6) and screw them to the garage wall using
the screws (S8) and the respective plugs (S9). Only
fasten the rail clip (29) lightly. It should still be pos-
sible to shift the anchor rails (27) in order to align
them diagonally afterwards.
Procedure (C) for ceiling mounting if internal
width of the garage exceeds width of basic di-
mension + 1030 mm for a central installation of
the door:
Fig.
d
Mount the left-hand corner connection
bracket (20L) on the left-hand side of the rail con-
nector (6) and the right-hand corner connection
bracket (20R) on the right-hand side. It is best to use
the upper hole for the screw connection. Exception:
The drive requires the lower hole for assembly. The
assembly of the right-hand corner connection
bracket (20R) is shown as an example.
Fig.

Mount the rail connector (6) to the track
pairs (14L/14R) using the corner connection brack-
ets (20L/20R). Use two screws (S17) each.
These assembly, operation and maintenance instructions must be kept for the entire period of use!
Fig.
j
For the ceiling suspension, mount one angle
rail (31 or 32) with two screws (S6 + S12) each to the
corner connection brackets (20L/20R) of the two rail
pairs (14L/14R). Then use the screws (S8) and the
respective plugs (S9) to mount the ceiling suspension
to the garage ceiling.
The subsequent assembly steps are identical for
wall mounting and ceiling mounting.

Measure the diagonals of both horizontal door
guide rails. To do so, select the same reference
points for both sides. Both diagonals need to have
the same value to ensure a smooth door movement
with low friction. If required, also check the horizontal
alignment of the rail pair by means of a spirit level.
Only then tighten the screws on the suspension and
on the tail end (16L/16R).
Fig.
l
Prepare two ceiling suspensions. To do so,
slide an angle rail (31 or 32) into the guide rail track
brackets (19).
Fig.
m
Attach one prepared ceiling suspension to
the rail pair (14L/14R) by placing the ceiling suspen-
sion centrally on the rail pair (14L/14R) and by turning
it into position.
Fig.
n
Check the rail pair (14L/14R) for potential
twisting, then screw the ceiling suspensions to the
garage ceiling by means of the screws (S8) and the
suitable plugs (S9).
Fig.
o
From a height of HOB = 2126 mm, an addi-
tional ceiling suspension is required for the rails. To
do so, mount another angle rail (31 or 32) as ceiling
suspension each to the connecting plate (18) of both
rail pairs (14L/14R) by means of the screws (S6 +
S12).
Fig.
p
In case of stability problems of the rear ceiling
suspension or for garage sizes HOB ≥ 2126 mm or
WBD ≥ 3530 mm, install an additional diagonal strut.
Use a C-profile rail (27) with a connection angle (28).

Use a saw to cut off the part protruding down-
wards from all ceiling suspensions.
4.4.5 Adjusting the track rollers
Fig.

, page A9. Slowly loosen the screws on the
two transport brackets and carefully lower the door
leaf. Fig.
b
Then completely remove the two trans-
port brackets and dispose of them. Reinsert the
loosened screw.
Observe the following settings for different
door drive types.
Fig.

and Fig.
d
Slightly loosen the nut (S12) on
the roller block (88L/88R) to be able to adjust the
roller (105L/105R). According to the type of drive
used, adjust the roller (105L/105R) on the roller
block (88L/88R) as follows:
Ceiling pull: Position the centres of the track roller in
a way that it is offset approx 25 mm towards the inner
edge of the tail end.
Hand operation and NovoPort drive: Position the
centres of the track roller in a way that it is centrally
aligned with the inner edge of the tail end.
