Final assembly
Attach the rotor blades to the blade holders using M2 x 12 socket-head cap screws and self-locking nuts, and tighten

them carefully to the point where the blades no longer swing down if you lay the helicopter on its side. You've done it! -
your Collective Pitch Piccolo is standing in front of you, finished and ready to go.
Now we can proceed to final adjustments before flying the model, so please charge up your flight packs and check all

connections to the Piccoboard, then connect both motors once more.
Cut out the canopy and the glazing panel along the marked lines. Glue the two canopy shells together, and then fit the
glazing. These mouldings are ultra-light in weight and therefore very floppy, and you may find it helpful to tape them
together and then apply cyano sparingly along the joint line.
The canopy can now be decorated by applying the decals, No. 68230.

When everything is dry, fit the two rubber grommets
No. 67385 on the inside of the canopy at the
moulded-in points on both sides.
