1.2 Precautions for Use
The instrument should be placed in a horizontal table to avoid excessive vibration and shock
during movement.
Avoid liquid splash and excessive temperature. The temperature must be kept between +5°C
to + 40°C while working.
Do not use the equipment in dusty environment with poor ventilation or in the presence of
corrosive, such as salt, sulphur and chemicals.
Be sure that there is no intense electromagnetic interference source around the equipment,
such as radio transmitter or mobile phone, electrosurgical equipment, ultrasound equipment,
radiological equipment and magnetic resonance imaging equipment etc.
Before using the instrument, it is necessary to check whether there is any damage to
the instrument, patient cable and electrodes that may affect the safety of the patient.
Replacement should be taken if there is any evident defectiveness or aging symptom which
may impair the safety or performance.
In order to record ECG data accurately,the instrument should be placed in a quiet and
comfortable environment.
The equipment and reusable accessories can be sent back to the manufacturer for recycling
or proper disposal after their useful lives.
If any accident happens during use, please immediately stop using the machine.
Please make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices open in the surrounding
environment except for the computer installed with ECG acquisition system software and
ECG acquisition box when transferring data via Bluetooth of the Bluetooth ECG.
It is forbidden to use the mobile phone in the surrounding environment to avoid data error
when transferring data via Bluetooth of the Bluetooth ECG.
Do not touch or move the acquisition box or USB connection cable when transferring data
via USB cable. It is recommended that the USB cable should not exceed 1.5m, otherwise data
loss may occur.
Do not move the acquisition box when transferring data via Bluetooth. The barrier free
transmission range between ECG acquisition and tablet or PC shall not exceed 5 meters,
otherwise data loss may occur.
In case of data pause during Bluetooth transmission, please check the connection distance
between the acquisition box and the software or the surrounding environment.
Please choose to overlay installation when upgrading the software, otherwise the data will
be lost.
The software of ECG signal acquisition system can only receive the import of ECG data with
correct format.
In the process of using, the instrument will save the patient's patient record information and
ECG data records. It is recommended to regularly backup the data to prevent the loss of
data caused by computer damage.
Please close other applications before using this instrument. Please do not use other
software on the same computer while running this program.
It is suggested that a specific computer should be used with this instrument, and irrelevant
software should not be installed.
The USB flash disk / SD card used to import and export ECG data needs to be scanned by
antivirus software.
When using the instrument, the computer screen protection, automatic sleep and sleep
functions shall be disabled.
This instrument only provides ECG as the reference for medical staff. The data itself does
not have the significance of diagnosis results, and the final diagnosis should be provided by
medical staff.
