If PDF reader is installed on the tablet, re-install PDF reader.
1. Check if the tablet is connected to WiFi.
2. Check whether the account / password / server IP address
/ port set in the selected upload method is consistent with the
server.
1. Check the patient cable, unplug the patient cable from the
acquisition box and reconnect it again.
2. Check whether the electrode is in poor contact. The human
body part contacted by the electrode needs to be wiped with
alcohol and then reconnected.
3. If the problem still can't be solved, check whether the suc-
tion ball or clamp corresponding to the disturbed fixed lead
is rusted at the metal connection. After treatment, reconnect
again.
4. If the problem cannot be solved, replace the patient cable.
1. Modify the filter parameter value in the software, common
filter parameter value of baseline filter is 0.67hz, EMG filter
40Hz, AC filter 50Hz.
2. Check the patient cable. If the appearance of the lead wire
is normal, replace the lead wire and then conduct sampling
test. (Note: the patient cable of ECG acquisition box and other
patient cable of ECG machine are the same, both of which
are DB25 pin interfaces. Replace it with another one to check
whether it's the problem of patient cable).
1. Check whether the lead ECG acquisition box is connected
with the patient cable.
2. Check whether there is any lead not connected (you can
check the software's lead off alarm).
3. If the software prompts that all leads fall off, please check
whether the RF (n) of the right lower limb lead is well connec-
ted.
4. The electrode is not coated with conductive medium (water,
alcohol).
5. The lead wire is damaged and should be replaced.
6. If there are still the same problems after the above
troubleshooting, the equipment may be damaged. Please
return to the factory for maintenance.
1. Check whether the printing service software of the network
printer is correctly installed on the tablet, and refer to the ins-
tructions of the printer.
2. Whether the power of the network printer and WiFi are
turned on.
3. Whether WiFi connection is turned on for the tablet.
4. Whether the tablet and network printer are in the same
LAN.
5. Whether the printing service of network printer is enabled
on the tablet.
