1. First, modify the filter parameter value in the software.
Common filter parameter value of baseline filter is 0.67 Hz,
EMG filter 40 Hz, AC filter 50 Hz.
2. Check the patient cable. If the appearance of the patient
cable is normal, change it and then conduct sampling test.
(Note: the patient cable of the acquisition box and the pa-
tient cable of other electrocardiographs are the same, both of
which are DB25 pin interfaces. Find a patient cable that can be
used normally to replace the old one, and check whether it is
the problem of ECG lead).
Before re-installing the operating system, if you want to save
the previous patient records, copy the data file to a safe sto-
rage device. After the system re-installation, enter the patient
record, click【Import】and select the backup data file.
1. Check whether there is limb lead or chest lead is not
connected (you can check the software's lead off information).
2. If the software prompts that all leads fall off, please check
whether the RF (n) of the right lower limb lead is well
connected.
3. The electrode is not coated with conductive medium (water,
alcohol).
4. The patient cable is damaged. Please change another one.
5. After the above faults are eliminated, there are still the same
problems. The equipment may be damaged. Please return to
the factory for maintenance.
Please check whether the connection between the software
and the device is matched. The software device is USB ECG
device. While the default COM number is consistent with the
outgoing port of the Bluetooth ECG acquisition box that has
been successfully paired with the computer, USB acquisition
can find the Bluetooth acquisition box with the same COM nu-
mber. However, the waveform will be distorted. The shortening
of the R-R interval will cause the displayed heart rate value to
be twice the actual heart rate of the waveform.
1. Check if the computer is connected to the Internet.
2. Setting - whether FTP upload mode is selected for upload
setting.
3. Check whether the setting FTP setting account / password
/ server IP address / port is consistent with the FTP server.
4. If SSL encryption upload is selected, you should check
whether the selected SSL certificate is valid.
5. Check whether the folder receiving data of FTP server exists
and whether the read-write permission of the folder is
enabled.
6. Check whether FTP server is blocked by firewall.
