1. Check whether the Bluetooth ECG acquisition box is
opened normally.
2. Check whether the Bluetooth ECG acquisition box and the
computer are matched successfully.
3. Check whether the COM number of the device is set cor-
rectly, and whether the COM number of the device is consist-
ent with the Bluetooth outgoing COM port.
4. Check whether the battery power of Bluetooth ECG acqui-
sition box is sufficient. If not, replace it with a new battery.
5. Shorten the transmission distance between Bluetooth ECG
acquisition box and computer.
6. If the Bluetooth ECG acquisition box is damaged, change
it.
1. Check whether the battery power is sufficient; change the
battery when the battery power is insufficient.
2. Ensure that the surrounding environment is free of large
electromagnetic interference and other interference of Blue-
tooth devices.
3. Shorten the transmission distance between Bluetooth ECG
acquisition box and computer.
1. Whether the default printer in the computer is set.
2. If the default printer is set, check whether the printer power
is turned on and whether the USB data cable of the printer is
connected normally.
3. If the power supply and data cable are connected normally.
Check the printer status on the right side of the start menu
to see if there are too many print jobs waiting in the printer
status bar.
4. If the printing job is piled up and cannot be printed, it is
recommended to restart the computer and print again.
5. If still fail to print normally, the printing button is pressed
after the equipment is in normal use for a period of time and
the software reports an error and has no response, it may be
that some security software installed on the customer's com-
puter mistakenly deleted the files in the software. Re-install the
software again.
Check whether the imported data file is the ECG data file
format (EM-XML, FDA-XML, SCP, DICOM, BKG) generated by
the software provided by ECGMAC.
Check whether the default printer in the computer is set or
not. Set the normal printer or Microsoft XPS printer as the
default printer in the computer.
1. Check the patient cable, unplug it from the acquisition box
and reconnect it again
2. Check whether the electrode is in poor contact. The human
body part contacted by the electrode needs to be wiped with
alcohol and then reconnected.
3. If the problem still can't be solved, check whether the
suction ball or clamp corresponding to the disturbed lead is
rusted at the metal connection. After treatment, reconnect
them again
4. If the problem cannot be solved, change the patient cable.
