8.1

Maintenance

Personnel:
Maintenance and repair work may only be performed by authorized trained personnel.
Only original replacement parts may be used for repairs.
CAUTION!
To ensure operational safety and functionality of the dosing system, the
prescribed maintenance intervals should be observed.
The period between installation and first maintenance or between two
consecutive maintenance services may not exceed 12 months.
List of maintenance tasks:
1. Inspection of all of the control's safety devices for functionality.
ð Main switch (emergency stop).
2. Control function test.
ð Pre-warning and empty signals with pump shut-off and display.
Pump manual function.
