Problem
Emergency stop or insufficient
air pressure or low voltage
detected
No water flush detected
Leakage detected on the water
flush valve (water flush valve
not active but water flow
detected)
The communication with
HELMS is not working
Problem detected on the
Connex system
Insufficient air pressure
detected
Emergency stop detected
Drum empty
Tank empty
Dosing not complete
No product flow or not Sufficient
product flow detected when the
dosing pump is running
Product flow detected despite
the fact that the pump is not run
by the system
Main Equipment switched off
Main Equipment pump or
agitator circuit breaker Off
No sufficient water pressure
detected
Overflow level reached in the
mixing vessel (Desamix or
Compactomix)
Level in the stock solution tank
is below the need to fill level
See ME1
Product level is below the low
level set point
Product level is above the high
level set point

Action
Check emergency stop push button
Check compressor and the manual valve
Check 24 VDC power supply
Check water flush valve, check if the
water flow is sufficient
Check water flush valve, check water flow
sensor
Check Ethernet configuration in PLC and
in HELMS Computer Check if Ethernet
cables are correctly connected
Change the drum, check the flow switch,
check the valve
Check compressor and manual valve
Check emergency stop push button
Change drum and drive the pump. If the
drum is not empty check low level sensor
Feed the tank. If tank is not empty check
low level sensor
Check drum (empty), check flow meter
(cell defect), check suction lance (air
leakage), check pump (power supply),
Tubing blocked somewhere, Dosing valve
not working, Air pressure not sufficient
Check pump, drum, air pressure, tube,
flow switch
Check pump, tank, air pressure, tube, flow
switch
Check if product is really going through
the tubing, check if the pump relay is not
damaged
Turn" ON" the Main Equipment switch
Check Main Equipment pump and agitator
circuit breaker Check pump and agitator
Check Maxi Quick Fill, check water
pressure, check if the water manual valve
is not closed
Check if Main Equipment pump is
working, check if the distributing valve are
correctly opened
Make a new stock solution preparation if
this is done in manual, check Solumix /
Euro Solumix system if the preparation is
done in automatic mode
See ME1
Change product container or fill the
product, check the low level set point
configuration
Stop product container filling operation if
the operation is still ongoing, check the
high level set point configuration
