Kombizylinder abbauen
Lösen Sie die Feststellbremse.
Schrauben Sie mit max 35 Nm
die Federspeichernotlöse-
spindel (siehe Bild 4901, Pfeil)
heraus.
Betätigen Sie die Feststell-
bremse.
Schrauben Sie die Luftan-
schlüsse vom Kombizylinder ab.
Entfernen Sie die Sechskant-
muttern des Kombizylinders.
Nehmen Sie den Kombi-
zylinder (Bild 4901, 18/1) ab.
Kombizylinder anbauen
Entfernen Sie am neuen Kombi-
zylinder den Gummistopfen für
die Sekundärraumentlüftung an
der nach unten gerichteten
Bohrung.
Bestreichen Sie vor dem Einset-
zen des neuen Kombizylinders
die Kalotte im Hebel 19 (Bild
4902) mit weißem Fett
RENOLIT HLT2 (oder ähnlich).
HINWEIS
Verwenden Sie kein
Molybdändisulfit versetztes
Fett!
Setzen Sie den Kombizylinder an.
Schrauben Sie die neuen
Sechskantmuttern des Kombi-
zylinders mit 180 Nm fest.
Schrauben Sie den
Bremssschlauch am Kombi-
zylinder fest.
Lösen Sie die Feststellbremse.
Schrauben Sie mit max 70 Nm
die Federspeichernotlösespin-
del (siehe Bild 4901, Pfeil) ein.
Remove combination chamber
Relase the parking brake.
Unscrew the spring
accumulator emergency
release spindle (see fig. 4901,
arrow).
Activate the parking brake.
Unscrew the air connections
from the combination chamber.
Remove the hex nuts of the
chamber cylinder.
Remove the chamber cylinder
(fig. 4901, 18/1).
Attach combination
chamber
Remove the rubber plug on the
new combination chamber for
the secondary chamber venting
in the bore that is pointing down.
Apply RENOLIT HLT2
(or equivalent) white grease
with a brush to the spherical
cap in lever (19) (fig. 4502)
before inserting the new
combination chamber.
NOTE
Do not use any grease that has
molybdenum di-sulphite as an
additive!
Install the combination cylinder.
Tighten the new hex nuts of the
combination cylinder with 180
Nm torque.
Attach the brake hose on the
combination cylinder and
ensure that it is tightly fastened.
Relase the parking brake.
Screw in the spring accu-
mulator emergency release
spindle (see fig. 4901, arrow).
Dépose du cylindre mixte
Desserrez le frein de
stationnement.
Dévissez la vis de secours
(voir figure 4901, flèche) de
l'accumulateur à ressort en
exerçant un couple maximum
de 35 Nm.
Actionnez le frein de
stationnement.
Dévissez les raccords à l'air
comprimé du cylindre mixte.
Retirez les écrous à six pans du
cylindre mixte.
Sortez le cylindre mixte (figure
4901, 18/1).
Pose du cylindre mixte
Sur le nouveau cylindre mixte
enlevez le bouchon de
caoutchouc qui ferme l'orifice
dirigé vers le bas pour la
ventilation secondaire.
Avant de mettre en place le
nouveau cylindre mixte,
appliquez une graisse blanche
RENOLIT HLT2 (ou autre) sur la
calotte dans le levier (19) (figure
4502).
REMARQUE
N'utilisez surtout pas de graisse
contenant du bisulfure de
molybdène.
Posez le cylindre mixte.
Vissez les nouveaux écrous à
six pans sur le cylindre mixte en
exerçant un couple de 180 Nm.
Branchez convenablement le
flexible de freinage sur le
cylindre mixte.
Desserrez le frein de
stationnement.
Vissez la vis de secours
(voir figure 4901, flèche) de
l'accumulateur à ressort en
