Axialspielmessung
Demontieren Sie die Nabenkappe.
Heben Sie das Rad an.
Befestigen Sie den Magnetfuß
des Messgerätes auf der Felge
zwischen den Befestigungs-
schrauben des Rades. (siehe
Bild 3601)
Berühren Sie mit der
Messnadel des Messgerätes
den Achszapfen.
Schwenken (Schwenkwinkel
ca. +1-45° bis +1-60°) Sie das
Rad unter ständigem Drü-
cken, bis sich der Zeiger in
der Messuhr nicht mehr ändert.
Stellen Sie nun die Messuhr auf

Null.
Schwenken Sie das Rad
erneut unter ständigem
Ziehen, bis sich der Zeiger
der Messuhr nicht mehr
bewegt.
Die Differenz zwischen den
beiden Messungen ist das
Axialspiel.
Wenn sich ein Axialspiel von
mehr als 0,2 mm (200~m)
ergibt, muss das Kompaktla-
ger ausgetauscht werden.

End play check
Dismount the hub cap
Lift the axle.
Attach the magnetic base of the
dial indicator to the hub between
the wheel studs (pict. 3601).
Touch the dial indicator stern
against the axle spindle
Slightly rotate the wheel in
both directions (under an
angle of ca. +1-45° to +1-60°)
while pushing the wheel
inward until the dial indicator
does not change.
Set the dial indicator to zero.
Slightly rotate the wheel in
both direction while pulling
the wheel outward until the
dial indicator does not
change.
The difference between the
two is the end play.
If the end play exceeds
0,2 mm (200 ~m) the Compact
Bearing has to be replaced.

Mesure du jeu axial

Demontez le bouchon de
moyeu.
Levez la roue.
Fixez sur la jante le socle
magnetique de I'appareil de
mesure en le positionnant
entre les vis de fixation de la
roue. (voir fig. 3601)
Avec I'aiguille de mesure de
I'appareil, touchez le bout de
I'essieu.
Pivotez (angle de pivotement
entre +1-45° et +1-60° env.) la
roue tout en appuyant
constamment, jusqu'a ce que
le repere du comparateur reste
stable.
Etalonnez le comparateur sur
zero.
Pivotez de nouveau la roue
tout en tirant constamment,
jusqu'a ce que le repere du
comparateur reste stable.
L'ecart entre les deux mesures
represente le jeu axial.
Si le jeu axial est superieur a
0,2 mm (200 ~m), le
l'emsemble moyeu doit etre
remplace.
