Press the plastic parts into the assigned lowerings of the blades, as
shown in the graph beside. Please keep in mind that every single part is
different, the plastic parts get placed on the blades from above. Fix the
plastic parts with the countersunk. To avoid tearing the plastic, tighten
up the screws only slightly. Place the U-washer on the upper plastic part
from above and screw together the rotorbladeand the washer with the
blade holder.
Balance the blades with a suitable balancer. Use scrap covering material
on the lighter blade until the bladse are equal in their weight. Now the
main rotor blade tracking gets more visible. The adjustment set (Order
No. 67951) contains already the rotor blade balancer and the pitch scale.
Fix the blades in the
bladeholders. Tighten the
screw just until you can still
turn the blades by hand
using light pressure.
