Only charge intact and undamaged storage batteries. If the outer insulation of the storage battery is damaged and/or the storage battery is deformed and/or

bloated, it may not be charged in any case. In such a case, there is an acute risk of fire and explosion!

• Never damage the outer package of the flight storage battery. Do not cut the foil packaging. Do not stick pointy objects into the flight storage battery. There is a risk of

fire and explosion!

• For charging, remove the flight storage battery from the model and place it on a fire-proof base. Maintain distance to flammable objects.

• As the charger and the flight storage battery will heat up during the charging process, it is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. Never cover the charger

and the flight storage battery! This of course also applies to other chargers and other storage batteries.

• Never charge the storage batteries unattended.

• Disconnect the flight storage battery from the charger once it has been fully charged.

• Chargers may only be operated in dry, enclosed indoor spaces. Chargers and the flight storage battery may not become damp or wet.

There is danger to life due to an electrical shock. Furthermore, there is a risk of fire and explosion due to the storage battery. Particularly LiPo storage bat-

teries are very sensitive to moisture due to the chemicals they contain!

Do not subject the charger and the flight storage battery to any high/low temperatures or to direct sunlight.

Operating the remote control (transmitter) with storage batteries instead of batteries is possible.

The limited voltage (batteries=1.5 V, storage batteries=1.2 V) and the limited capacitance of storage batteries result in a shorter operating time. However,

this is normally not decisive as the operating time of the remote control is considerably more than that of the helicopter.

If you insert batteries in the remote control, we recommend that you use high-quality alkaline batteries.

If you use storage batteries, this may result in a reduction of the range.
