Cheese and Ham Pasta
Quantity:
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Ingredients
120 ml water
200 ml cream
100 g cream cheese
1 garlic clove (pressed through a garlic press)
200 g small pasta (e. g. soup pasta shells)
100 g boiled ham (cut into fi ne strips)
Seasoning: Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)
Preparation
1. Pour the water, cream and cream cheese into the mixing bowl and season with salt,
pepper and paprika.
2. Bring the sauce to the boil for approx. 5 minutes at 100 °C on speed level 1. Insert
the measuring cup into the lid.
3. Place the pasta, ham and garlic in the mixing bowl.
4. Cook at 80 °C on speed level 1 for approx. 9 minutes until the pasta is cooked (see
instruction on pack).
Königsberg Meatballs

Preparation time: approx. 40 minutes
Ingredients
20 g breadcrumbs
50 g onions
1 egg
¼ 1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
200 g minced meat, mixed
350 g potatoes, in chunks
400 ml water
½ cube of meat stock
Caper sauce:
250 ml stock (from the meatballs)
100 ml cream
3 ml lemon juice
25 g fl our
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
30 g capers, drained
