Troubleshooting

If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself fi rst. Otherwise contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair a
defective device yourself!

Potential cause/solution
• Is the storage battery empty? Charge it.
• Is the dust bin full? Empty the bin.
• Is the fi lter heavily laden with dirt? Clean it.
• Is the suction opening/nozzle plugged? Turn off the
device and remove the blockage.
• It is also possible that some particles are too large /
heavy for the device to vacuum up.
• Check whether the dust bin, insert and fi lter have
been properly inserted and if necessary, adjust their
seating.
• Is the charger properly connected with the socket
and connector jack of the device?
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the fuse for your mains connection.
