4. Tap or brush out the exhaust air fi lter. You can also clean the exhaust air fi lter under
clean, running water as needed. Then let the fi lter dry. ATTENTION: Do not in any
case clean the fi lter in the washing machine or dishwasher! Then pour out any lefto-
ver water and let the fi lter air dry completely.
5. Once the fi lter is completely dry, put it back in the exhaust air fi lter holder.
6. Put the exhaust air fi lter holder back in the dust bin container. Make sure you insert
the holder with the small handle on top.

Storage

• Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry, cool indoor room that is not accessible to children
and animals.
• For convenient storage, you can push the telescopic tube together as far as possible
and hook it into the holder on the back of the device or into the holder on the bottom
of the vacuum cleaner.

Troubleshooting

If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself fi rst. Otherwise contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair a
defective device yourself!
Problem
The vacuum clean-
er has no suction
power.
2. The exhaust air fi lter is located in the rear part of the
dust bin container behind the dust bin. Remove the fi lter
by taking hold of the small handle on the exhaust air
fi lter holder (see arrow) and pulling the exhaust air fi lter
holder straight up and out.
3. The exhaust air fi lter is in the holder. Remove it.
Potential cause/solution
• Has the power plug been correctly inserted in the socket?
• Is the socket defective?
• Check the fuse for your mains connection.
• Is the exhaust air fi lter plugged? Clean it (see chapter
"Cleaning the device")
