• For practical storage, you can hang the main unit into the wall mounting bracket.
• Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool, dry indoor room out of the reach of children.

Troubleshooting

If the device stops working properly, fi rst check whether you are able to correct the
problem yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
Problem
The device only works slowly
or does not start.
Low suction force.
Dust escapes from the de-

fi lter or insert while they are still damp. The device is
assembled in the reverse order.
Possible cause/solution
• Is the battery fl at? Recharge it.
• Is the collecting container full? Empty it.
• Is the fi lter heavily clogged up? Clean it.
• Is the suction opening blocked? Switch off the
device and remove the blockage.
• It is also possible that some smaller items will
remain stuck to the carpet or are too big/heavy to
be picked up by the device.
• Check whether the collecting container, insert and
fi lter is inserted correctly and adjust the fi tting if
necessary.
• Is the mains adapter plugged correctly into the
plug socket and is the jack plug in the connecting
socket of the device?
• Is the plug socket defective? Try another plug
socket.
• Check the fuse of your mains connection.
• Clean the scraper lip.
• Turn over a worn scraper lip: Pull the scraper lip
sideways out of its holder, moisten with water or
cleaning agent in the rounded area and slide back
into the holder the other way round.
• Replace the scraper lip if necessary: If after turn-
ing the scraper lip over both edges are worn, a
new scraper lip is required. Replace the scraper
lip in the manner described above.
• Check the metering of the cleaning agent.
