4. USE
4.1 Before each use of the product
Clean thoroughly the appliance before each using. Disassemble the appliance to clean it.
4.1.1 Cleaning
Refer to the 5. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING for information on how to clean the
surfaces having contact with food.
4.1.2 Disassembling
1. Unplug the appliance if it is plugged in.
2. Remove the lid by turning it clockwise or anti-clockwise to unlock and lift up. The
circular recess should be in the center of the groove.
3. Separate the mixing paddle from the power unit by pulling it towards you.
4. Press the release levers on the sides of the power unit, lift and remove the power
unit from the lid.
4.1.3 Assembling
1. Attache the power unit into the lid and press down firmly. It will click into place.
2. Simply put the mixing paddle in the power unit. It does not to be screwed in.
3. Place the lid with the power unit on the cooling bowl and turn clockwise or
anti-clockwise to lock it into position.
