La máquina debe ser instalada sólo por personal
especializado.
Consultar a su distribuidor Brother o un electricista
calificado por cualquier trabajo de electricidad que
se debiera realizar.
La máquina de coser pesa más de 52 kg. La
instalación debe ser realizada por dos o más per-
sonas.
No conectar el cable de alimentación hasta haber
completado la instalación, de lo contrario la
máquina podría comenzar a funcionar si por
descuido se pisara el pedal, lo que podría resultar
en heridas.

1. Setzen Sie die Gummidämpfer q in die ausgeschnittenen Stellen des Nähtisches (2 Stellen) und befestigen Sie die Dämpfer
mit je zwei Nägeln w.
2. Setzen Sie die Eckenauflagen e in die vorderen ausgeschnittenen Stellen des Nähtisches (2 Stellen).
3. Setzen Sie die Oberteilauflagen r in die vorderen ausgeschnittenen Stellen des Nähtisches (2 Stellen) und befestigen Sie die
Dämpfer mit je zwei Nägeln t.
* Das Maschinenoberteil kann so installiert werden, daß es sich 2,5 mm über der Nähtischplatte befindet. In diesem Fall müssen
die Gummiabstandshalter y und u in entsprechender Form unter die Eckenstützen e und die Dämpfer r (je zwei Stellen)
gelegt werden.

Asegurarse de realizar la conexión a tierra. Si la
conexión a tierra no es segura, se corre el riesgo
de recibir descargas eléctricas graves, y también
pueden ocurrir problemas para el funcionamiento
correcto.
Instalar el protector de correa en la cabeza de la
máquina.
Usar ambas manos para sostener la cabeza de la
máquina al inclinarla hacia atrás o volverla a su
posición original. Si sólo se usa una mano, el peso
de la cabeza de la máquina podría hacer que se
resbale de su mano y se podría apretar la mano.
1. Insert the rubber cushions q into the cut-away sections of
the work table (2 places), and secure each of them with the
two nails w.
2. Insert the corner supports e into the front cut-away sections
of the work table (2 places).
3. Insert the head cushions r into the rear cut-away sections
of the work table (2 places), and secure each of them with
the two nails t.
* The machine bed can be installed so that its top is at a height
of 2.5 mm above the top of the work table. In such cases,
insert rubber spacers y and u with matching shapes un-
derneath the corner supports e and the head cushions r
(in two places).
