12. Hook the spring !0 onto the reverse stitching lever o and
stop pin D @ 3 as shown in the illustration, and then insert the
reverse stitching lever shaft e into the reverse stitching le-
ver o.
13. Place the reverse stitching lever plate i onto the reverse
stitching lever shaft e, and then tighten the reverse stitch-
ing lever screw y.
14. Tighten the screw u.
12. Haken Sie die Feder !0 am Umkehrhebel o und am
Anschlagstift D @3 wie in der Abbildung gezeigt ein und setzen
Sie die Umkehrhebelachse e in den Umkehrhebel o ein.
13. Setzen Sie die Umkehrhebelplatte i auf die Umkehrhe-
belachse e und ziehen Sie die Umkehrhebelschraube y fest.
14. Ziehen Sie die Schraube u fest.
12. Accrocher le ressort ! 0 sur le levier o de couture inverse et
la broche d'arrêt D @3 comme indiqué sur l'illustration, puis
insérer l'arbre e du levier de couture inverse dans le levier
de couture inverse o.
13. Placer la plaque i du levier de couture inverse sur l'arbre
e du levier de couture inverse, puis serrer la vis y du levier
de couture inverse.
14. Serrer la vis u.
12. Enganchar el resorte ! 0 en la palanca de puntada hacia
atrás o y la clavija de tope D @ 3 tal como se indica en la
figura, y luego insertar el eje de la palanca de puntada hacia
atrás e en la palanca de puntada hacia atrás o.
13. Ubicar la placa de palanca de puntada hacia atrás i en el
eje de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás e, y luego apretar
el tornillo de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás y.
14. Apretar el tornillo u.
15. Set the feed adjustment dial to the minimum setting.
16. Tilt back the machine head.
17. Set that the distance between the reverse stitching lever o
and stop pin U @4 to 9.3 mm, and then push the connecting
plate BT @ 5 so that the reverse stitching lever plate i touches
against the reverse stitching lever o.
In this condition, tighten the screw t of the feed adjusting
lever r.
18. Set the feed adjustment dial to the maximum setting.
19. Push the reverse stitching lever o and check that it moves
easily.
* If it moves stiffly, it indicates that the feed adjusting lever
r was moved to the left and right in step 17, so carry out
the following to adjust.
1 Set the feed adjustment dial to the minimum setting.
2 Tilt back the machine head.
3 Loosen the screw t and then move the feed adjusing
lever r to the left or right to adjust.
4 Repeat the procedure in steps 17 to 19.
