16. Start, control, and adjustment of the temperature
Temperature control of the refrigeration is performed through:
- digital thermometer (Fig. 13)
- the electronic controller (optional) (Fig. 12)
If the controller is battery operated:
- replace the batteries with identical batteries
- Do not dispose of the batteries in the environment
- deliver the flat batteries to the relevant authorised collection centres

The controller is set at the factory during the testing phase.
To change the programming, contact the manufacturer.
17. Loading of the cabinet

consult the wiring diagrams attached to the cabinet
check that power supply voltage is the one reported on the rating plate.
remove all metallic objects worn: rings, watches, bracelets, earrings, etc.
proceed with connection
Yellow suction air control probe
lock the Sin-Sout probes with Betterman 6-17 terminals
cod.04355001, do not isolate the Sin-Sout probes.
secure the Sdef probe in contact with the aluminium fins using the
stainless steel bulb stop spring cod.02230134.
in a uniform and orderly fashion, without empty areas
respect the loading line (Fig. 17)
only introduce goods already cooled to the respective storage
temperatures
maintain 4-5 cm of air between the goods and the sliding doors
load the cabinet so that the goods that are displayed for longer are sold
first with respect to those that are newly introduced (rotation of goods)
Frost formation Adhesion between the frozen products, adherence
with the bottom grid.
- minimise storage of the frozen products at ambient temperature
and humidity.
- restrict opening of the sliding doors (up to 2-3 min.)
