Fill the water tank to the "MAX" line with cold water. The

CAUTION
Exercise caution when opening the appliance. Standing to

If you open the oven door during the preheat cycle the
steam will leave the oven cavity, lowering the tempera-
ture. The food will be undercooked.
¡ For heating modes Keep Warm, Slow Cook or Euro-
pean Conv place the food into the oven after preheat-
ing is complete.
7.4 Setting the heating mode and tempera-
ture
Requirement: For steam modes, place food into the oven
before starting the oven operation.
