Attention!
Damage from incorrect cleaning
There is a risk of corrosion if the automatic gun is submerged in the
cleaning solution.
→ Never submerge the automatic gun in cleaning solution.
■ Clean the automatic gun every time after it has been used and every
time before changing the material.

13. Malfunctions

If it is not possible to remedy a malfunction with the described corrective
actions, send the automatic gun to the SATA customer service department
(address see chapter 15).

Tighten fluid tip hand-
tight.
Replace air distribution
ring (see chapter 10.2).
Tighten air cap ring
handtight, ensuring the
grooves are aligned to
the tapered dowel pin.
Clean gap.
Replace air distribution
ring.
Clean nozzle set.
Replacing the nozzle
set

Check material flow
pressure, possibly
adjust higher material
pre-pressure.
Remove soiling in ma-
terial system.
