Clean air cap (see
chapter 10.1).
Adjust spraying pres-
sure to necessary level.
Clean material systems.
Clean nozzle set com-
ponents or replace noz-
zle set.
Check fluid tip for dam-
age. Replace nozzle
set if necessary (see
chapter 10.1).
Put air distribution ring
in correct position (see
chapter 10.2).
Replace air distribution
ring (see chapter 10.2).
Clean or replace nozzle
head.
Replace spindle of
round and flat fan con-
trol.
flat Remove spindle, unlock

and install again. Re-
place spindle if neces-
sary (see chapter 10.4).
Possibly use stainless
steel version.
Replace nozzle head.
