Attention!
Damage from dirty compressed air
Using soiled compressed air can cause malfunctions.
→ Use clean compressed air. For example with SATA filter 444 (Art. No.
92296).

10.1. First Use

■ Check that all screws and all screwed connections fit firmly.
Notice!
As an option, the pressure and material connection can be connected to
the control block with connector sets (accessories, see chapter 14).
■ Screw the connectors into the pressure and material connections of
the control block and tighten with an Allen key.
■ Connect control air hose to control air connection [4-5], [5-7], [7-7].
When using external round / flat fan control
■ Connect flat fan air to compressed air connection [4-12], [5-5].
■ Connect round fan air to compressed air connection [4-6], [5-7].
When using internal round / flat fan control
■ Connect spraying air to spraying air connection [6-6].
■ Connect material hose to material flow connection [4-10], [5-5], [6-5].
Only when using the "circulation" configuration
■ Undo screw plug from material return flow connection
[4-8], [5-3], [6-4].
■ Connect circulation lead to material return flow connection.
■ Rinse material passages with a suitable cleaning solution (see chapter
12).

10.2. Normal Operation

Every time before using the automatic gun, heed / check the following
points to warrant safe working with the gun:
■ The necessary compressed air flow rate, spraying air pressure, material
flow rate and material feed pressure are warranted.
■ Clean compressed air is being used.
Adjust material flow rate
■ Use the material feed pressure to adjust the required material flow rate.
Adjust spray fan pattern
