9. Assembly

Warning!
Risk of injuries from components coming loose or leaking
material.
The operating pressure can make components come loose or material
can leak unexpectedly.
→ Rate all components to the maximum operating pressure.
→ Use SATA material hoses.
Warning!
Risk of injuries from components coming loose or leaking
material.
If assembly work is performed while the gun is still connected to the
compressed air circuit and material supply, components can unexpect-
edly work loose and material can leak.
→ Disconnect the automatic gun from the compressed air circuit and the
material supply before any installation work.
→ Depressurise the system.
Attention!
Damage from loose screws
Loose screws can cause damage to parts or result in malfunctions.
→ Tighten all screws by hand and check that they are screwed tight.
After unpacking, check:
■ Spraying module / control module undamaged.
■ Scope of supply complete (see chapter 6).
