Terminals and Ports

This section describes the inside parts of the Auto Charge
including the terminals and ports.

B Remote RJ45 port - for connecting the remote
control panel
C BTS port- for connecting the optional battery
temperature sensor (BTS)
D DC Aux output terminal (+) - provides 20A
maximum to a 12V DC device

E Battery negative (–), common for all three banks
F Battery positive (+) for BAT1 - can connect to a
different battery type
G Battery positive (+) for BAT2 - must be same
battery type as BAT3
H Battery positive (+) for BAT3 - must be same
battery type as BAT2
I Dry contact port - for connecting a 1A relay dry
contact output used for external signaling devices
J CAN port - for connecting CAN-compatible devices
using a 4-position terminal connector
K USB port - for connecting a USB stick used in
copying settings and updating firmware
c Not to be used to power or charge USB devices.
L RJ12 expansion port - for device communication
c Reserved for future use.
