Follow this procedure:
•
Carry out the leak test again according to the second test procedure.
•
Fit the second leak cap into the vapour outlet port ( 50 ) when the pump
shuts off.
Only if in this last case too the LEAK TEST INCORRECT message is
displayed, make sure that:
•
The ring nuts of the condensate trap and of the standard cartridge/filter
are screwed tight.
•
The tightness gaskets of the filter plugs are fit in their slots and in good
conditions.
IF THE DRAWBACK PERSISTS IT IS NECESSARY TO APPLY TO THE
AUTHORISED TECHNICAL SERVICE .

Residual HC

The RESIDUAL HC test allows to check if in the analyser pneumatic circuit
there are hydrocarbons which could alter the reading.
ATTENTION:
The gas sampling probe must not be introduced in the exhaust pipe .
•
Select HC RESIDUES icon from the CONTROLS page (see chapter 4.1).
Throughout the test the message keeps being displayed HC RESIDUES .
After the AUTOZERO phase, the unburnt hydrocarbons value (HC in ppm) is
measured.
