rotary knob, an appropriate time
selection within a range of 60
minutes to 5 minutes is possi-
ble. 30 minutes is the prescribed
standard setting.
Mix
When the ingredients need to be
mixed evenly before starting the
programme, please choose this
programme selection before the
ice cream preparation. The ingre-
dients are mixed 60 minutes at
maximum. By turning the rotary
knob, an appropriate time selec-
tion within a range of 60 minutes
to 5 minutes is possible. 10 min-
utes is the prescribed standard
setting.
14. Important: once you have selected
a program, you cannot change
it while the program is running.
You then have to use the POWER
switch to switch the appliance off
and back on again. However, the
"Mix and Freeze" and "Mix" pro-
grams can be paused by press-
ing the START/PAUSE button. If
you pause the program, the time
which was set will continue run-
ning. As soon as you press the
START/PAUSE button again, the
appliance will resume operation.
The "Freeze" program cannot be
paused.

15. Now press the START/PAUSE but-
ton. The appliance starts mixing
the ingredients.
16. The remaining time is shown on
the display.
17. During operation, you can change
the duration of operation by set-
ting the desired time via the rotary
knob. If you turn the knob to the
left, the time will be shortened in
1-minute increments, if you turn
the knob to the right, the time will
be extended in 1-minute incre-
ments. The minimum preparation
time is 5 minutes, shorter times
cannot be set.
18. After expiration of the set time the
appliance automatically switches
off and a signal beeps ten times.
The display shows 00.
19. If the ice cream is not removed
immediately after the program
ends, after ten minutes the auto-
matic keep-cool phase switches
on. The keep-cool phase keeps
the ice cream cool for 120 min-
utes. After these 120 minutes
elapse, the
switches off and the appliance
is now in standby mode again, as
described in point 10.

20. Before removing the ice cream
from the appliance, switch off the
appliance with the POWER switch
