Controllare il livello del serbatoio idraulico ed eventuali
perdite, tubi flessibili usurati o tubazioni danneggiate.
Controllare, durante il periodo di rodaggio, le guar-
nizioni dei tubi oleodinamici, in quanto potrebbero
presentarsi delle piccole perdite dovute all'assesta-
mento delle guarnizioni coniche; in tal caso stringere
i raccordi in modo adeguato.
In caso di sostituzione delle tubazioni
effettuare un'accurata pulizia delle stes-
se prima del montaggio. Impurità inter-
ne o polveri danneggerebbero l'impianto
idraulico in modo irreparabile.

• Verificare la pressione di gonfiaggio.
• Controllare se presentano tagli, usura, oggetti
estranei nel battistrada.
• Verificare infine se vi sono bulloni allentati o mancanti.

tutta la sua lunghezza, rulli di trascinamento, spon-

vola di sicurezza (B) per garantire la sua corretta

Control the oil level of the hydraulic tank and possi-
ble oil leaks, flexible worn pipes or damaged pipes.
Control, during the run-in period, the seals of the oil-
pressure pipes, because there can be some leaks due
to the conic seals adjustment; in this case fasten the
joints in the right way.
If the piping must be replaced you have
to clean it carefully before mounting
them. Inside impurity or dust can dama-
ge the hydraulic system in a irretrievable
way.

• Check the inflation pressure.
• Check for any cuts, wear, foreign bodies in the tre-
ad.
• Lastly, check for any loose or missing bolts.

BelT uniT
• Use the appropriate air pistol to clean the conveyor
belt (A) many times a day long its entire length, as
well as the dragging rollers, edges, and also the
inside of the ploughshare.
cleAning OF SAFeTy vAlve
• Periodically clean the safety valve (B) with the air
pistol to guarantee its correct functionality, if dama-
ged REPLACE IT.
