Il sistema di trapianto automatico è concepito per il
trapianto di piantine in pan di terra cubico (3×3 - 4×4
e/o 5×5), è costituito da un nastro alimentazione delle
piantine al termine del quale si trova un dispositivo
pneumatico/idraulico che separa le zolle e provvede
alla loro messa a dimora direttamente nel terreno,
garantendo così la velocità e precisione di trapianto.
ROTOSTRAPP è costituita da un telaio snodato, che
si appoggia anteriormente su un rullo e posteriormente
su due o più ruote fisse o regolabili, in cui sono allog-
giati gli elementi di trapianto.
La profondità di lavoro è mantenuta costante grazie
a un rullo che pareggia il terreno e trasmette il moto
ai corpi trapiantati.
La macchina è fornita di un sistema pneumatico ed
idraulico indipendente.
Altri usi sono da considerarsi impropri.

Si consiglia di operare su terreni opportunamente
preparati con erpici o zappatrici.
La buona riuscita del trapianto è anche dovuta ad una
buona preparazione del terreno.
Prestare la massima attenzione alle ma-
novre nel caso che i terreni siano in forte
pendenza.

The automatic transplanting system is conceived to
transplant plants in cubic soil blocks (3×3 - 4×4 and/
or 5×5), it consists of a seedlings carousel at the end
of which lies a pneumatic/hydraulic device that sepa-
rates the sods and provides for their direct earthing,
thus guaranteeing speed and transplanting precision.
ROTOSTRAPP is made up of an articulated frame
which houses the transplanting units and lies on a rol-
ler in the front and on two or more stable or adjustable
wheels in the rear.
The working depth is kept constant at all times by a
roller, which levels the ground and get the transplanter
units moving.
The machine is equipped with a pneumatic and
hydraulic independent system.
All other uses are to be considered improper.

You are recommended to use the machine on ground
prepared using harrowing or hoeing machines.
Successful transplanting depends partly on good
ground preparation.
Take great care when working on steeply
sloping ground.
