4. SETTING PROCEDURE AND DEFINITION OF THE PARAMETERS
ANDROID APP
In an Android phone with Wi-Fi
available networks and look for UValve 00X (being 00X the UValve
number that needs to be configurated). In the example UValve 25
Disable the option Connect automatically and then press Connect. The
system will ask for a password. Enter 123456789
Go to NexuConfig app insert the following data:
When everything is set properly, press "Send". The "C" letter on the
UValve+ display and te LEDs should flash.
Wait until "OK" appears on the UVALVE + display. It will restart
automatically.
WARNING: If there was an error in the process, UValve+ will
display "ERR" on display and restart automatically. In this case, try
to redo the entire process after reviewing the network parameters.
Once it is connected, the Wireless icon and the number of the UValve will
appear in the UValve display. It means that the UValve is connected and
ready to work.
4.5.2
LOCAL PARAMETERS SETUP ON A UMETER /
UMETER+
Before the unit can operate, a few configuration steps for local parameters
must be accomplished:
1. Connect the power to the unit. It will appear briefly on the display the current
firmware installed and then the hose reel address is shown (by default "001").
2. Press and hold F1 and F2 buttons until it is shown "SET" in the display.
3. The display shows the message "A" (address) followed by a number
that increases progressively from 001. This number is the hose reel
number linked to the unit. Once that the desired number is shown,
press briefly F2 button. NOTE: If it is needed to restart the hose reel
number to "001", press briefly F1 button.
4. Now the unit shows the message "EoL" (end of line), followed by "0" or
"1". This parameter allows indicating whether the unit is end of line in
the CAN BUS (1) or it is an intermediate unit (0). Change the adjustment
pressing the F1 button briefly and press F2 button to confirm.

LOCAL PARAMETERS SETUP ON UDAT / UDAT
POWER+
Before the unit can operate, a few configuration steps for local parameters
must be accomplished:
Turn on the device by pressing and holding the power button until the
screen turns on. After a while, the home screen will show up. Regardless
of the menu shown on screen, after a period of inactivity, the application
will come back to the home screen.
From the home screen, press the shortcut key (1) associated with the
unlock icon to access the main menu. This screen shows the selected
language (2), the product identifier (3), the date and time (4), and the
available menus: dispense (5), stocks (6), transactions (7) and configuration
(8). Press the associated shortcut key to access the desired menu.

• Password: Password of the Wi-Fi
NOTE: If the unit is configured as end of line, the end of line blue led
lights up in order to ease the identification of bus endings.
5. In the next screen the display shows the message "Dir." followed by an
animated bar graphic. This parameter allows setting the fluid flow
direction through the unit.
6. Press F1 button to set flow direction so that the animated bars
movement matches the fluid flow in the unit. Press F2 button to confirm.
7. Having reached this point, the unit stores in its memory all the
parameters introduced and it is restarted with these new parameters.
NOTE: In the case that the unit is restarted before reaching this last step
(due to a power loss or whatever reason), the parameters introduced will
not be stored in the unit.
