The DIXELL electronic controller is in charge of managing the temperature and humidity supply,
values that can be programmed manually to suit the customer.
Operation
• pressing the blue start / stop button starts the WINE-14 operating cycle; in this phase the
temperature and humidity values are read inside the cellar and it is therefore possible to
program the desired temperature and humidity;
• temperature regulation: with the set temp. (kept crushed for
3 seconds) and the darts up and down raises or lowers the
desired temperature of the cellar then, rinses the set temp
button. to memorize;

• humidity regulation: with the set% RH button (held pressed
for 3 seconds) and the up and down arrows the desired
humidity level of the cellar is raised or lowered then, the set%
RH button is rinsed to store;

• the actual start of the compressor occurs 12 minutes after
switching on.
Example of digital controller programming and operation, if the cellar temperature has been
preset to 14 ° it works like this:
• WARM MONTHS: if the internal temperature of the cellar rises by more than 2 ° C:
at 16 ° C the fan and the compressor turn on and when the programmed temperature is
reached the compressor stops; the fan can continue to operate based on the% humidity
of the cellar and preset humidity;
• COLD MONTHS WITHOUT ELECTRIC RESISTANCE: the fan works based on the
humidity of the cellar and preset humidity. It is necessary to program the operating
temperature of the air conditioner always at the same level as that measured in the
canopy so as not to activate the "resistance" heat function and always operate the fan.
• COLD MONTHS WITH ELECTRIC RESISTANCE: if the internal temperature of the
cellar is lowered by 2 ° C (at 12 ° C) the fan and the electric resistance are switched on;
once the programmed temperature has been reached 14 ° C the heating element
switches off; the fan can continue to function based on the humidity of the cellar and
preset humidity;
• When the preset parameters are reached, the ventilation also stops.
In COLD MONTHS it is advisable to close the air inlet and outlet holes (external grids side) in
order to avoid the return of cold air in case of "depression in the rooms" with consequent
condensation phenomena in the air conditioner.
During operation the cold battery extracts moisture which is discharged through the
condensate drain; the humidity must be integrated into the cellar room artificially otherwise
there may be negative effects on the corks of the bottles.
