BELT TENSION ADJUSTMENT IN MODELS:
NSE 130-NSE 160—NSE 200
SPIRAL 200-SPIRAL 300
To adjust the bowl drive tension:
- loosen the lower handwheel (figure no. 45)
- loosen the upper handwheel (figure no. 46
To adjust the spiral arm drive tension:
- Open the head cover via the screws at the side of the machine (figure no. 47).
- Slide the cable connecting the control panel to the power panel out of the brackets inside
the head cover (figure no. 48).
- Rest the cover on the ground.
- Unscrew the screws holding the brake support plate (figure no. 49).
- Unscrew the four screws that hold the motor plate (figure no. 50).
- Adjust the motor plate adjustment screw (figure no. 51).
- Retighten the motor screws, refit the brake support plate, replace the cable connecting the
control panel to the power panel in the brackets and refit the cover.
