PROBLEM
When the start
pressed, the machine does
not start.
The machine stops
work and the voltage pilot
light on the control panel goes
out.
When the start
pressed, the spiral arm ro-
tates but the bowl remains at
a standstill.
In automatic cycle the ma-
chine does not switch from

the 1 to the 2 speed.
(*) With bowl protection grille
raised, when the bowl rotation
button is pressed the bowl
does not rotate.
The bowl wobbles badly dur-
ing operation.
Strong smell of burning or
loud noise coming from spiral
motor.
With the bowl empty, the spi-
ral does not stop within 4 sec-
onds when the bowl protec-
tion is raised.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
- Start button faulty

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Release the emergency button
by turning it to the right.
Check and if necessary re-
place the faulty parts.
Check operation of the KA1
relay.
Ensure that you have set the
external power supply switch
to "0".
Check the thermal magnetic
circuit breakers.
Check operation of the bowl
protection microswitch.
If after these checks the ma-
chine does not resume normal
operation, call the Technical
Support Service.
Check and if necessary re-
place the switch or contactor.
Check and if necessary re-
place the timer.
Check and if necessary re-
place the button.
Normally after raising the pro-
tection grille, you must wait at
least 5 seconds before being
able to rotate the bowl by
pressing the button.
Adjust the distance of the
bowl guide rollers/sliding
blocks (instructions follow in
Section B - point 6).
Replace the safety
(instructions follow in Section
B – point 6) and contact the
specialist technical
service if necessary.
