Spiral mixer with fixed bowl
PROBLEM
ERR 004 is shown on the card
displays
ERR 005 is shown on the card
displays
With the bowl empty, the spi-
ral arm does not stop within 4
seconds when the bowl pro-
tection is raised.
Strong smell of burning or
loud noise coming from spiral
motor.
One or more buttons on the
membrane control panel does
not work.
During work the
(bowl and tool) stops, but the
control panel displays con-
tinue their normal count.

PROBLEM
When the master switch "1" is
set to 1, the voltage pilot light
on the control panel does not
come on.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Brake failure/brake fuse con-
trol circuit failure
Brake control relay failure
Possible wear on safety brake
lining.
The brake is blocking the spi-
ral
Fault in safety brake.

- Pilot light bulb blown
