TROUBLESHOOTING
For troubleshooting and ordinary repairs, refer to the table below.

PROBLEM
When key "1" of the master
switch is pressed, the card
leds do not come on.
When the start key is pressed,
the machine does not start.
During work, the
stops and the card is no
longer powered.
In automatic cycle the ma-
chine does not switch from

POSSIBLE CAUSE
- Glass fuse (on board card)

- Transformer

switch set to "0"
- Master switch failure
- Emergency button pressed
- Start key faulty
- Bowl protection raised
- Excess filling of bowl

Check that the play between
bowl and sliding block is 2-3
mm.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Check and if necessary re-
place the faulty parts.
Release the emergency button
by turning it to the right.
Check and if necessary re-
place the faulty parts.
Check the thermal magnetic
circuit breaker.
Check operation of the bowl
protection microswitch.
If after these checks the ma-
chine does not resume normal
operation, call the Technical
Support Service.
Check and if necessary call
the Technical Support Service.
Check the status of the keys
and if necessary call the Tech-
nical Support Service.
Replace the card.
Call the Technical
Service.
Release the emergency button
by turning it to the right.
Check the roller or bowl guide
sliding block and replace if
necessary. To replace it, re-
move the rear cover and un-
screw the two fastening nuts
using an open-end spanner.
