2.3 System use
On the first sailing with the INTEGRA system installed, check:
The first sailing should be in calm sea conditions. After checking that all passengers are wearing personal
protective equipment, proceed at a moderate speed checking the response of the boat controls. Once you
have reached safe waters, carry out several manoeuvres at different speeds until you get familiar with the
steering response.
Refer to section "1 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION" within this manual to find information regarding the position
and function of the different components of the system. The operator should have read and understood this
information before operating the boat.
Check the steering response when turning the rudder to the PORT and STARBOARD positions.
Check that hoses and any connecting cables are not damaged.
Check that the mechanical components are not damaged.
Check that
all cylinder and rudders
manoeuvre range. The movement of both cylinder and rudder should be smooth.
Check the hydraulic oil level on all system control units.
Check that there are no alarms/warnings on the display
