Exchanging the 4DO and 8DO bus couplers

To exchange the 4DO and 8DO bus couplers:
See Fig. 13 on page 77.
1. Make sure that the system is not under voltage or pressure.
2. Disconnect the electrical connections from the bus coupler (2).
3. Loosen the bus coupler (2) (2 DIN 912 – M4 hexagonal
socket-head screws (1) each, wrench size 3) and remove it
from the EP end plate (4).
4. Also check that the seal (3) is inserted correctly.
5. Firmly screw on the new bus coupler (2 DIN 912 – M4
hexagonal socket-head screws (1) each, wrench size 3).
Tightening torque: 2.5 to 3.0 Nm.
6. Set the address on the new bus coupler (2)
(see "Set the bus coupler address(es)" on page 69).
7. Re-establish the electric connections.
