Bus coupler BDC type B-design, AS-i

Various bus coupler designs are available for the HF04 and
HF03 LG valve systems. They are listed in Tab. 5.

The bus coupler BDC type B-design is only intended for use as a
slave in an AS-i bus system in accordance with EN 50295.
A two-wire, yellow AS-i profile cable is used as a bus cable,
which provides the power supply for the logic and the connected
sensors.
The total power consumption of all sensors in a bus coupler
may not exceed 200 mA.
The bus-independent load supply (AUX) for the valves is
provided by a black AS-i profile cable.
The addresses (1 to 31 for up to 31 slaves or bus participants)
are set via the bus cable and stored in the bus coupler. An AS-i
addressing device is used for this.
Default setting: address 0.
In AS-i protocol 2.1, the bus couplers always occupy the A
W
and B address.
