8.2.5 Vidange essieux
Essieu AV
(1) Placer un bac de vidange suf-
fisamment grand en dessous.
(2) Dévisser les bouchons d'obtu-
ration (8-6/1) et (8-6/2) du pont
d'essieu et laisser s'écouler l'huile.
ATTENTION
L'huile usagée doit être éliminée de
façon à ne pas provoquer de pollu-
tion.
(3) Revisser le bouchon (8-6/2)
avec un joint neuf.
(4) Verser de l'huile par le tarau-
dage du bouchon d'obturation
(8-6/1) jusqu'à l'embouchure.
TRES IMPORTANT
- L'information relative à la quantité
d'huile est indiquée dans le pro-
gramme d'entretien (chapitre 10).
- Après quelques minutes, quand
le niveau d'huile est descendu,
compléter le niveau jusqu'à ce
que l'huile atteigne le niveau mar-
qué et se stabilise.
(5) Revisser le bouchon (8-6/1)
avec un joint neuf.
Engrenage planétaire
(1) Tourner la roue de manière
que le bouchon d'obturation (8-7/
flèche) se trouve sur 6 h.
(2) Placer un bac de vidange suf-
fisamment grand (avec rigole de
vidange) en dessous.
(3) Dévisser le bouchon d'obtu-
ration et laisser s'écouler l'huile.
ATTENTION
L'huile usagée doit être éliminée de
façon à ne pas provoquer de pollution.

8.2.5 Changing the oil in the
axles
Front axle
(1) Place a sufficient large oil drain
pan underneath.
(2) Unscrew the plugs (8-6/1) and
(8-6/2) from the axle arch and let the
oil drain out.
CAUTION
Waste oil must be disposed of in such
a way that it will not cause pollution.
(3) Re-screw the plug (8-6/2) with
new gasket.
(4) Fill oil into the plug bore (8-6/1)
until oil reaches the opening.
NOTE
- Information about the quantity of oil
is mentioned in the maintenance
plan (chapter 10).
- After few minutes, when the oil level
lowered, top up the level until the oil
reaches the marked level and
remains stable.
(5) Re-screw the plug (8-6/1) with
new gasket.
Planetary gear
(1) Turn the wheel until the plug
(8-7/arrow) is positioned at 6 o'clock.
(2) Place a sufficient large oil drain
pan with drainage grove underneath.
(3) Unscrew the plug and let the oil
drain out.
CAUTION
Waste oil must be disposed of in such
a way that it will not cause pollution.
