(6) Secure the hand lever for
working and additional hydraulics
(chapter 5.5.1).
(7) Secure the loader in both
direc-tions from rolling on one
wheel of the axle that is not to be
changed.
(8) Loosen the wheel nuts of the
wheel to be changed so that furt-
her loosening can be achieved
without much effort.
(9) Apply the lifting jack from the
side below the axle arch within the
range of the axle attachment cen-
trally and in such a way that it does
not slide down (4-6). Lift the front/
rear axle laterally until the wheel
no longer touches the ground.

- Bloquer le cric le cas échéant
par un support adéquat pour évi-
ter qu'il ne s'enfonce dans le sol.
- Veiller à un bon emplacement
du cric.
(10) Complètement desserrer les
écrous de roue et les enlever.
(11) Baisser légèrement le véhicu-
le à l'aide du cric jusqu'à ce que les
pivots de roue soient dégagés.
(12) Tout en bougeant la roue, la
retirer du moyeu de roue et la rouler
sur le côté.
(13) Glisser la nouvelle roue sur
l'essieu planétaire.
(14) Visser les écrous de roue à la
main, si nécessaire, les graisser
auparavant.
(15) Abaisser de nouveau l'essieu
AV/l'essieu AR à l'aide du cric.
(16) Serrer les écrous de roue à
l'aide d'un tournevis dynamomé-
trique (385 Nm).
ATTENTION
Après les premières 8 à 10 heures
de fonctionnement, resserrer les
écrous de roues.

(6) Les leviers de l'hydraulique
de travail et de l'hydraulique addi-
tionnelle doivent être verrouillés
(chap. 5.5.1).
(7) Pour éviter une mise en mar-
che fortuite du véhicule, bloquer
dans les deux directions une roue
de l'essieu dont la roue ne devra
pas être changée.
(8) Desserrer les écrous de roue
du pneu à échanger jusqu'à ce
qu'ils puissent être desserrés
davantage sans grand effort.
(9) Poser le cric par le côté sous le
pont d'essieu en position centrale
et stable (4-6) et relever latérale-
ment l'essieu AV/l'essieu AR
jusqu'à ce que la roue ne touche
plus le sol.
DANGER
- Secure the lifting jack from pe-
netrating into the ground by using
a suitable base.
- Make sure that the lifting jack is
properly seated.
(10) Loosen the wheel nuts com-
pletely and remove them.
(11) Lower the loader slightly by
means of the lifting jack until the
hub studs are released.
(12) Remove the wheel from the
wheel hub by moving it back and
forth, then take off the wheel and
roll it aside.
(13) Put a new wheel on the pla-
netary axle.
(14) Screw on the wheel nuts
manually, if required grease them
beforehand.
(15) Lower the front/rear axle by
means of the lifting jack.
(16) Tighten the wheel nuts with
torque wrench (385 Nm).
CAUTION
Tighten the wheel nuts after the
first 8 - 10 operation hours.
