6.1
Montage et démontage
d'équipements sans raccor-
dement hydraulique
6.1.1 Godet
Montage
(1) Placer le bras de godet dans sa
position la plus basse. Incliner le
système d'échange rapide.
(2) Approcher le véhicule en direc-
tion du godet (6-1).
(3) A l'aide du système d'échange
rapide, prendre le godet et en même
temps incliner le système d'échange
rapide. Autant soulever le godet
jusqu'à ce qu'il y ait un assemblage
parfait avec le système d'échange
rapide (6-2).
(4) Avec le levier pour l'hydraulique
complémentaire (4-9/2), verrouiller
le godet (6-3).
(5) Vérifier l'accrochage et le ver-
rouillage.
DANGER
Les deux boulons du système
d'échange rapide doivent se trouver
des deux côtés dans les trous de
forage de la suspension du godet
prévur à cet effet et faire saillie
distinctement sur le côté (6-3/2).

Installation and removal

hydraulic connection
6.1.1 Bucket
Mounting
(1) Bring the bucket arm to its
lowest position and tip the quick
change device.
(2) Drive the loader up to the
bucket (6-1).
(3) Pick up the bucket using the
quick change device and at the same
time, by tilting the quick change
device, raise the bucket until the
quick change device is adjacent
(6-2).
(4) Lock the bucket (6-3) with the
hand lever for auxiliary hydraulics
(4-9/2).
(5) Check the connection and the
lock.
DANGER
Both the bolts of the quick-change
device must be found on both sides
in the location bores of the bucket
suspension and they must distinctly
protrude at the sides (6-3/2).
