If a measurement must be performed from the OTU-8000 to the Optical
Remote Switch 3 (dotted line Figure 69 page 56), configure the Optical
Path as follows:

NOTE
The Remote Switch numbers are defined according to the order in
which they have been registered in the Configuration page (see
page 42): the first remote switch registered is Remote Switch:1 etc.
Once the OTDR trace is displayed, several functions are available for
this trace.
Any modifications on the trace will not be saved. The actions on
trace are not kept in memory once trace is closed and re opened
(e.g. traces in overlay, traces in multi-window etc.).
Adding cursors
Click on to add cursors on the trace and display the information
corresponding to the pointed area (distance and loss).
The cursors data are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
