The backup route allows to configure an alternate route to be used
when the main route is not available. It can be typically an IP route using
internet as shown in the following figure:

The IP address is given by the router.
IP configuration can be checked from ONMSi. After the OTU-8000 is
selected, go to menu Configuration then Test connection.

This window shows the addresses of ONMSi servers registered by the
OTU8000. The backup IP address shows the address of ONMSi server
to be used when the OTU8000 sends alarm via the IP backup route.
In case of configuration of the two servers, it shows which server is
currently active. These information are provided by ONMSi server.
They cannot be modified by the user.
