3 Unreel each extremity of the Launch fiber and set it into the
notches.

4 Close the Launch Fiber Module by screwing the 4 Torx screws on
the upper cover.
5 Set the 2 stickers delivered with the Launch Fiber on the Module
backside:
– One sticker with the reference
– One sticker displays the fiber length.

The Launch Fiber module is delivered with brackets for a 19'' rack.
However, when requested during order, it can be delivered with the
brackets for a 21'' or 23'' rack.
To replace the 19'' brackets into 21'' or 23'' brackets:
1 Unscrew the brackets and slides set onto the Launch Fiber module.
2 Screw the same slides onto the new brackets
3 Set the brackets mounted on slides onto the Launch Fiber module,
according to the position wished:
a Standard position; the Launch Fiber module is set ahead into the
rack.
b Alternate position: the Launch Fiber module is set further into the
rack.
4 Fix the brackets with the screws already used by the 19'' brackets
and use thread lock if necessary.
Once the correct brackets are set onto the OSU-9600, you can install it
into the rack.
NOTE
Keep the screws and rings near the rack, for easier handling.
