To turn off the main burner, it is necessary to turn the knob to the right into the position
off the pilot, turn the knob again, into the off position
Electric Fryer (Fig. 13 pag. 5)
To light the fryer burner, proceed in the following way:
- turn the thermostat knob (1) to the position required for the selected cooking temperature, the
two pilot lights turn on; the green one stays alight to mark the presence of tension, while the
orange one goes out as soon as the oil has reached the required temperature..
To turn off the hotplate turn the knob to the 0 position.
Electronic Fryer (Fig. 14 - pag. 5)
To turn on the fryer for the gas version proceed as described in the previous paragraph, and to
regulate the temperature follow the instructions below:
Normal functioning:
When not in operation the instrument shows the temperature revealed by the probe.
To see the set temperature value, press and release the button UP (1), the led at the bottom, to the
right of the display, flashes showing that a setting is being made. Therefore, if a temperature
modification is required, press the buttons UP (1) or DOWN (2) in 4 seconds and regulate as
required.
To change this operation wait 4 seconds without pressing any buttons or press and release the
MELT button (3) or the START/STOP button (5).
ATTENTION! The firm sets the temperature range, and it varies from a minimum level of 0°C to a
maximum of 195°C.
Before activating this function set the working temperature required, using the UP button (1) to
increase the value or the DOWN button (2) to reduce it. Start the heating by pressing the
START/STOP button (5), then the led START/STOP (6) flashes until a temperature close to the set
temperature is reached, the led stays switched on and a buzzer indicates that the set temperature has
been reached.
To stop this function, press the START/STOP button (5).
Functioning in pre-heating (melting):
Before activating this function set the working temperature, using the button UP (1) to increase it or
the button DOWN (2) to reduce it, then start the pre-heating by pressing the button MELT (3) for at
least one second; the led MELT switches on (4). Following this, press for at least one second, the
button START/STOP (5), at this point the led START/STOP (6) flashes until a temperature close to
the set temperature is reached for pre-heating following this the led stays switched on. Note that if
the led MELT (4) flashes it means that the instrument is ready to pass automatically to the phase of
"conservation "at the end of pre-heating.
When the temperature is reached the function conservation is automatically activated followed by
the buzzer sounding.
